Corporate Social Responsibility

As custodians of a business with multiple brands the Senior Management Team at MET are fully aware of their legal obligations in respect of Employment, Taxation and all relevant legislation.

The company has clear policies that deal with Diversity, Employment, Environment, Privacy and Ethics.

We choose our service partners carefully to ensure that they too have clear and concise policies on their business footprint to the world.

Each member of our staff is fully trained to ensure that they operate to the the clear mission of our Organisation – “To be the best that we can be at all times.”

In order to be able to do this we instil into all of our employees the following TEAM values:

TENACICTY

ENERGY

ACCOUNTABILITY

MERITOCRACY

These values do not just relate to how employees interact with each other but also to the wider community at large. Again when selecting relevant service providers and business partners we take into account the values in which they operate too so that they align with our own.

Our Chosen Charity – CALM
(Campaign Against Living Miserably)

Our Director, Jonathan Margrave, has chose CALM as our Company Charity having witnessed the horrific statistics that brought this worthwhile cause into existence – incredibly in any given week 84 Men take their own lives.

Over 75% of all suicides are Males under the age of 45.

As a result Jonathan and the Team at MET and the associated brands are taking part in a number of events in 2019 and beyond to raise funds and awareness for this worthy cause.

The first challenge is a half-marathon in February around The Olympic Park which will be great fun for all those taking part!

Following this there will be a number of golf-related events as well as community support activities and further adrenaline fuelled events such as Sky Dives and Mud Runs!
