MET Recruitment London Ltd has started an intensive growth journey by appointing our first Managing Recruitment Consultant recently to develop the Finance Sector (Finance and Compliance) and is now looking to expand further into additional sectors over the next 12 months as part of an ambitious growth plan supported by an expert business scaling consultancy.

We are particularly keen to talk to existing perm/contract billing consultants in the following sectors:

Digital Marketing, Human Resources, Education and Training, Legal, Insurance, Pharma and Sales.

This role will offer:

In order to be considered for this role you must:

  • Have a proven track-record of billings, preferably within a specialist sector of recruitment detailed above along with management/leadership experience in previous roles.
  • Be a hugely inspiring, approachable and hard-working individual willing to focus their efforts on growing your own business and the MET brand.
  • Extremely organised and able to manage both your diary as well as delegate responsibility to your team.
  • Comfortable networking at the top end of business. We are looking at Senior/Executive appointments on Perm and high earning Contract Positions which will see you prospecting, winning and retaining assignments with these types of companies.

Introduction

MET Recruitment (London) Ltd has developed and launched 3 new Niche Recruitment Brands in 2019 and is now looking to further expand these brands and also carry out extensive research and data development to evaluate the opportunities available for the next planned expansion.

Role overview
Through research and data mining you will be responsible for the development and launch of our new automated marketing systems to work in conjunction with our AI lead generation software to increase the level of vacancy acquisitions across multiple industry sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Research company and contact information for dedicated industries and job titles in stipulated demographics – UK and International
  • Record information attained on company CRM system and code appropriately for easy retrieval
  • Configure email marketing program within the CRM for the new data to be delivered in 3 stages, based upon results
  • Monitor statistics of the performance of the email marketing program and work with management team to propose and implement any changes
  • Interact with Consultants and Resourcers to ensure accuracy of data is stored on the CRM system

Skills and experience

  • Fully computer literate especially the Office suite of products including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Database experience as both data entry and data management
  • Previous use of a CRM system
  • Knowledge of mail marketing techniques
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal
  • Manage your work effectively to maximise the success of the company
